Our team
Manjula Silva – Operations Manager
Manjula is the latest addition to our management team, bringing in over 25 years of business experience gained in Sri Lanka and Japan. He has a well-diversified business portfolio and experience in various industries. At Summerhill Civil, Manjula is responsible for leading, coordinating and ensuring the delivery of a range of strategic and operational civil construction projects, services and assisting with Emergency Management planning and activities. His role is responsible for providing input into the development of Council’s Capital Works program, monitoring of program budgets, provision of expertise, and supervision of day-to-day operations.
Saman Wijeratne – Director
Saman Wijeratne is the Senior Project Manager at Summerhill Civil Pty Ltd, with more than 10 years of Project Management experience in the utilities and civil construction industries, with professional qualifications such as PMBOK and PRINCE II. Currently Saman is overseeing multiple clients such as Downer, Amey Broadsectrum and maintenance work at Westgate tunnel project.

Peder is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Summerhill Group of companies and founder of Summerhill Services in 2003. Aravinda de Silva is the General Manager of Summerhill Civil Pty Ltd, oversee daily business operations and ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives. Aravinda is experienced Financial and tax accountant with a demonstrated history of working in financial and taxation sectors. He has vast knowledge of Australian taxation system and all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and estimations.
